I would like to answer the above questions with my shallow expertise.

1. 0.22 um is used for sterilizing-grade filtration. Literally speaking, getting rid of bacterials. 

0.45um is used for clarification filtration and pre-filtration. Always stick to
0.22 um though more time-consuming. I want to correct my words in the past posts.
4. Just considering the pore diameter, Glass Fiber is out of the game. Then comes to chemical resistance, Nylone, CA, and PES are out of the game too. So the rest
options might be good for use: PVDF, PTFE, MCE, PP. But deeper consideration is: would these syringe filters not be eaten by other solvents(like BB, EO, guaiacol,
PS80), even carrier oils? As far as I know, sesame oil eats PES.

0.22 um of PVDF, PTFE, MCE, PP are good for use. But it is a open proposition.

Solutions requiring PEG and 190 Proof Alcohol 

Step 1. Prepare a hot water bath. Boil water in microwave or on a pot. Once boiling starts remove from heat. 

Step 2. Place PEG and powder in beaker. 

Step 3. Place the beaker deep enough in to the water so that the hot water is level with the PEG and powder. Gently swirl or stir with a stir rod until solution is clear. Reheat water as needed. 

Step 4. Allow PEG to cool some. Then add in your 190 proof alcohol. You don't have to do this drop by drop but don't just dump it in. Pour it in slowly. 

Step 5. Stir or gently shake until mixed. 

For recipes that do not require PEG. 

1. Mix powder and 190 proof alcohol. 

2. Stir with stir rod or shake. Most powders that do not require PEG will dissolve no problem. If heat is needed follow the instructions for heating powders that use PEG.

How To Judge If the Steroid You Get is Qualified.

There are some brewers, especially new home brewers get the cloudy gear after finishing all the process. First they get the clear steroid gear, but after set up for a while, the gear turned cloudy. This mostly happened on Tren ace,test E , test cyp, sustanon. 

The cloudy gear make brewers confused. Some people doubt that the raw powder they get is pure quality. But is that true ? Of course not all the steroid raw powder from different suppliers are in good quality, sure low quality raws could be the reason. However, are there any other reasons cause the problem ? And when issue like that happened, can the cloudy oil still ok to be used ? or what we can do to make the oil clear ?

Recently, one customer who has been order from us for four years also met this problem, the cloudy gear never met before. Although he trust us, but he tried before contact us, no solution found, so he tested the raw powder, the results showed top quality. Then he contact us for help, then the cloudy gear was caused by the filter he used. So here I list some reasons that caused cloudy gear. Hope it will be helpful for you.

What caused cloudy steroid gear

1.Water mixed with the ingrediants from using a water bath to heat during the brewing process might cause cloudiness.

2.Part of the hormone doesn’t dissolve totally.That’s why stir is necessary while brewing.

3.Issue of the ratio of BA / BB ,the scale do not work well ,this can’t be ignored.Though these might be rarely happen ,but it is possible .Since we are human ,and human make mistake.

4.Low room temperature or big temperature difference soon after brewing it.Do not put the oil you just brewed in the fridge .Let it set in room temperature for at lest 24 hours.

5.the quality of the filter that used. Some filter would be partially dissolve with BA/BB and when it mixed with the oil ,it cause cloudiness .And it couldn’t be resolved by heating.

How to avoid cloudy gear

1.Keep the temperature stable ,especially for fresh made batches.Use good quality filter. Be more careful if you use water batch brewing method.

2.Heat the products a little ,sometimes it turns clear.Even it turns cloudy again ,it means the oil is good and can be used.

3.Reheat it to a temperature about 200f, hold this temperature for 10-15 minutes stirring gently. This method would be useful if cloudiness cause by the stream.

4.Add a tiny EO if cloudiness caused by partial undissolved hormones.

What causes (non infection related) injection pain?

first , the shorter the ester, the higher the melting point
secind, the concentration of the gear.
third, the solvents used.
fourth, injecting too quickly
fifth, virgin muscle.

How do I prevent pain before I inject?

1. Cut your shots 50:50 with sterile filtered oil. If you want to use 50mg of Testosterone Propionate, and you have 100mg/mL Testosterone Propionate- pull 0.5mL of your test prop, and 0.5mL of sterile filtered oil to shoot 1mL of 50mg/mL Testosterone Propionate. This is the #1 best way.
Dont bother with b-12, its water based- absorbed so quickly it will have little to no impact.

2. Before you shoot, it can help to warm your gear some (especially suspensions). You could put the vial in the bathroom sink and let hot water run over the vial for 2 minutes, and shake well. This will lower the oils viscosity also making it easier it pull into the syringe.

3. Inject slowly, take 30 seconds per mL. Use a 25g pin to inject so it forces you to move slowly.

4. If none of these work you could have dirty gear. Its possible there could be particles (although bacteriostatic) in the gear that are not causing infection, but still cause in site infection that made it through a filter.

How do I deal with pain once I have it?

1. The worst thing you can do is ice it. Cold will help the crystals fall out of solution/suspension.
2. Its okay to take some ibuprofin to decrease the swelling, and help with pain.
3.Also being in a hot tub, or jacuzzi, or warm bubble bath will help melt the crystals down. Using a heating pad can help also.
